Description
High-albedo elastomeric acrylic coating loaded with TiO₂, ceramic micro-spheres and IR-reflective pigments that reflects 80–90% of solar radiation, dropping roof surface temperatures by 20–40 °F and cutting air-conditioning loads by 15–30%. Roller- or spray-applied at 250–500 µm DFT (two coats) on galvanized sheet, metal, bituminous-felt and concrete roofs of warehouses, factory sheds and cold-storage units. Also functions as a waterproofing membrane that bridges hairline cracks and resists ponding water.
